Our supply chain is short, direct, and transparent — tyres move from Pirelli’s manufacturing and distribution network directly to our showroom. A short, direct supply chain minimises the opportunity for counterfeit products to enter our inventory.
DOT Code Verification on Every Tyre
Every tyre carries a DOT code on its sidewall. The last four digits identify the week and year of manufacture. We check the DOT code on every tyre we receive to verify it is recently manufactured and within acceptable age limits. We do not sell tyres that are more than two years old from their manufacture date — regardless of their external appearance. If you ask, we will show you the DOT code on any tyre before it is fitted to your vehicle.
Proper Storage Conditions
Tyre storage conditions significantly affect product quality. Tyres should be stored away from direct sunlight, ozone sources, heat, and chemicals that can degrade the rubber compound. Our showroom and storage facilities maintain the conditions required by Pirelli for proper tyre storage. Tyres stored improperly can develop surface cracking and internal compound degradation before they are ever fitted to a vehicle. We take storage seriously precisely because it is invisible to the customer.
OEM Markings Verification for Premium Vehicles
For customers with luxury and performance vehicles that require OEM-specified Pirelli tyres (marked with ★ for BMW, MO for Mercedes-Benz, AO for Audi, N-series for Porsche), our team verifies the correct marking before fitting. We do not substitute a standard Pirelli tyre when an OEM-marked variant is required. OEM-marked tyres have different compound specifications from standard tyres of the same size.
Trained and Certified Technicians
Our technicians are trained in proper tyre fitting procedures including correct torque specifications, bead seating, and post-fitting inspection. Certified technicians also know how to identify counterfeit tyres — subtle differences in sidewall markings, compound smell, tread pattern quality, and weight distribution that distinguish genuine Pirelli products from fakes.
